General Terms
By booking a room and/or staying at Jumbuck Motel, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The Motel reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review them regularly.
Booking and Payment
Reservations should be made in advance through our booking system or by phone.
Payment is due in full at the time of booking. Payments are non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances or early departure.
We accept Visa and Master cards.
Prices are subject to change based on availability and seasonality; rates are only locked at the time of booking.
Non-Refundable Policy
All bookings are final and non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, modification, or early departure, the full cost of stay applies under all circumstances with no exceptions.
Pet Policy
Jumbuck Motel is not–pet friendly facility. Pets are not allowed in the rooms.
We do allow WELL BEHAVED pets can be tied up or crated outside of the rooms, if your pet is causing a disturbance at any point, you may be asked to remove your pet from the premises.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time is 2:00pm or later.
Check-out time is by 10:00am.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability, and may incur additional fees.
Cleaning Policy
Daily Room Servicing;
Daily room servicing is provided, including the replenishment of tea, coffee etc. We will remove any rubbish from your room.
Room Cleaning and Linen Change;
Your room will be cleaned, including a full linen change (bed sheets, towels, and other linens) after the third night of your stay. This includes vacuuming, dusting, and any other necessary cleaning to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of your room. Guests are kindly asked to ensure that all personal belongings are off the beds to assist the cleaners.
Conduct and Behaviour
All guests must conduct themselves in a respectful manner while on the premises. Noise levels should be kept to a minimum to avoid disturbing other guests.
The Motel reserves the right to evict any guest for disruptive behaviour, including but not limited to excessive noise, harassment, or illegal activity. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Damages and Liability
Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the room or property during their stay. The Motel reserves the right to charge the guest’s credit card for any repairs or replacements needed.
The Motel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms and indoor public areas.
A cleaning fee may be applied if smoking is detected in a guest room or any indoor area.
Force Majeure
The Motel is not responsible for any failure or delay in services due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or other events of force majeure.
Tour Group Bookings
Payment is due to be paid 4 weeks prior to date of check in.
Enquired prices are subject to change as the rates change seasonally and can only be locked in by making full payment once payment is made the transaction is nonrefundable.
